Part-Time Contractor for Lawn Care & Maintenance for 3 Properties Needed

Job requirements will be:

• Lawn care maintenance, including mowing, weed eating, spraying, power washing, and other related landscaping maintenance

• Additional handyman tasks will vary in scope depending on your capabilities, such as plumbing, property repairs, tree work, etc.

Flexible on the number of hours per week available, but we are in need of a minimum of 10 hours, and we project having work available up to 15-20 hours in the next few months if desired. The Fun Hub/Big Bass Bingo is one of the properties and the other two are located within about 5 minutes from there. 

We do require a vehicle with a hitch, but other equipment such as lawn mower, weed eater, sprayers, blowers, chainsaws, etc. will be provided if needed. We do have a trailer that can be used to move equipment from property to property as well. Basic tools will be required. Any costs related to fuel, rental equipment, pesticides, and materials needed will be covered on our end. 

Qualified candidates should be dependable, efficient, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Good communication and following instructions is essential. Weekly pay and amount per hour to be discussed.
